Black Woman Is God | Black Market 04/23/2018

"Over 20 self-identifying Black women performers, visual artists and vendors from the Boston area and beyond are coming together to uplift the power of creation. BLACK WOMAN IS GOD is a sacred, ceremonial and celebratory space created by Black women for the appreciation of Black women's contributions to art, history, and existence. Please note that gender non conforming, and male identifying community members are welcome and encouraged to enjoy the night as well. The event is part interactive gallery, part live performance and part dance celebration.

Radical Black Girl invites you to explore divinity through the lense of the Black Woman. The intention of the space is for collective healing, recognizing our pasts and our ancestry, and reimagining a future in which we are in control of our own narratives.
