Growing up, I always dreamed of two things. I wanted to be a mom, and I wanted to make a mark big enough to land on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

At my first job out of college, my boss told me,
“You are a little over the top sometimes, a bit too ambitious for your age.” Imagine??

If only she knew that one day I would build an agency, create jobs, and grow right alongside two little boys who think their mom can do anything.

The honest truth is that I still have not figured out the balance between motherhood and entrepreneurship. Every day requires sacrifice. Every day asks me to choose. And every day I wish I could give one hundred percent to both.

But this team is what brings that balance a little closer.

Because of you three, the life I am trying to build feels possible. A life where motherhood and ambition do not compete but strengthen each other.
