1. Billingue

2. Experiencia en el sector: Conocimiento profundo del mercado de transporte de carga en EE. UU., regulaciones DOT, leyes de Horas de Servicio (HOS) y regulaciones de la FMCSA.

3. Dominio de herramientas: Uso de Load Boards y Sistemas de Gestión de Transporte (TMS) como McLeod Software o Prophesy.

4. Gestión de Riesgos y KPIs: Capacidad para medir y optimizar métricas como el pago por milla (RPM), costos operativos y tiempos de entrega.

5. Liderazgo y Negociación: Habilidad para mediar entre el conductor, la central de despacho y los brokers, aplicando técnicas de negociación sólidas.
