We invite you to join us tomorrow for the highly anticipated unofficial kickoff to summer event, Escape to the Cape - featuring the iconic airports of Nantucket (ACK), Martha's Vineyard (MVY), Cape Cod Gateway/Hyannis (HYA), and Cape Cod CGAS (FMH)...

Tomorrow is Cross the Pond Eastbound (CTPE) 2026! Bookings for this event are now locked and trading is no longer available. For anyone flying tomorrow (as part of the event or not), please remain patient and anticipate some potential traffic jams.

For those who do not have a booking: Our air traffic control (ATC) volunteers will be present in full-force. We strongly discourage you from attempting to conduct a transatlantic flight as a non-event aircraft. Instead, we'd love to provide you ATC service in and around the Boston ARTCC airspace seeing as we will have ample ATC online.

For those who do have a CTPE booking out of Boston (BOS): We look forward to seeing you tomorrow! Routes, assigned altitudes, and SELCALs will appear within the VATSIM CTP dashboard at ctp.vatsim.net. Please keep this route to yourself and review all pilot briefing material. Lastly, please carefully consider your choice of aircraft for this event and ensure 1. it is capable of this event with updated AIRAC navigational data, and 2. you are familiar and proficient with it's systems. Failing to adequately prepare for the proper operation of your aircraft may result in removal per VATSIM Code of Conduct Section B8.
