Kicking off the year with a special closing. These clients came to me looking to make a move from across the country and across the pond. The sweetest love story of "timing is everything" , this couple was coming from San Diego and the Netherlands to make the Boston area home. What started as a city condo search turned into falling in love with the burbs. A lot of exploring and many video tours later, I can't blame them for choosing Medford, a place I also call home. The whole team involved (list agent, attorneys) were also Medfordians which made it even more fun.
