How are you feeling today?
That’s how every session starts. From there, we determine if we need to get you on the table to do some manual treatment to get you out of pain. Or — if you’re feeling good, it’s right into the gym. Time to sweat 🏋️
That’s right, not all PT is massage and stretching. At Ripple, our goal is to get you out of pain, fix the root cause of your pain, and then get you stronger than before…so be ready to get active and start strengthening 💪
But don’t worry, you’re not getting sent to the gym on your own. During your session, your PT is guiding you through your workout, keeping an eye on your form and modifying the plan in real time. They’re checking in, adjusting the weight, making sure you’re activating the right muscle groups and overall ensuring you’re getting the best workout in for your goals.
Strength training with a Physical Therapist is the best way to get stronger, get and stay out of pain, and do what you love forever.
