Our next Cookbook Club brings us to the bold, ingredient-driven world of
On Wednesday, June 3rd and Thursday, June 4th at 6:30pm, we’ll be cooking from “Chi Spacca”, the cookbook inspired by Silverton’s beloved Los Angeles restaurant known for its fire-driven cooking, Italian influence, and unapologetically generous approach to meat, bread, and the table. 🍽️
A celebrated chef, baker, restaurateur, and cookbook author, Silverton is known for shaping the way people think about bread, Italian cooking, and restaurant hospitality… and this menu is very much in that spirit!
The evening will move through Focaccia di Recco, Insalata Primavera, Roasted Yellowtail, Moorish Lamb Shoulder Chops, Porcini-Rubbed Short Ribs, and Butterscotch Budino to finish.
