Our youth created this collection of affirmations to offer encouragement, reflection, and reminders to give yourself grace through both the highs and lows.

These words serve as reminders that growth isn't always linear, and that it's okay to give yourself patience, care, and compassion through every season of life. No matter where you are in your journey, your mental health matters.
