Start ‘em young! It’s shocking to still hear the myths that prepubescent children should not workout- especially in today’s Information Age. Many University level studies have proven that when done correctly there are only benefits to starting to train young.

6 months post surgery for me. Finally after so much pain, mobility issues, and elbow problems my shoulder is finally feeling better.
