KidPowerment Yoga

Mobile Enrichment- We teach specialized, developmentally appropriate yoga classes in schools throughout the greater Boston area. Using traditional yoga poses as well as creative yoga inspired activities we seek to reach children of all learning styles and capabilities. Teacher Training- Our 100 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Program teaches the art of creating spirited yoga classes that leave children empowered to live healthy lives.
