Thank you to Bigbelly for hosting a MassRecycle tour at their Methuen facility on April 16!

Participants received an engaging overview of Bigbelly’s growth, tracing the company’s product evolution and the strategic decisions that ultimately established its base in Massachusetts. The presentation was followed by a guided tour of the factory floor, where guests observed the bin production process, from customization and assembly to inspection and final packing for shipment.

Join MassRecycle to tour Conigliaro Industries in Framingham on May 21. Tour attendees will experience a behind-the-scenes look at how Conigliaro Industries processes a wide range of hard-to-recycle materials, including foam, film and rigid plastics, PPE, and glass. They will see large-scale recycling equipment such as shredders, grinders, and balers in action and gain insight into how materials are sorted and transformed. The tour also highlights how recycled feedstock is turned into new products, demonstrating the full lifecycle of materials in a "total recycling" system.
