REPAIR TECHNICIANS

FULL TIME & PART TIME
Boston- Downtown & Back Bay

$17-$25 depending on experience

We are seeking talented technicians with the right attitude, a mindset for growth, a love for technology and strong attention to detail and problem solving.

To qualify: you must have 1 year phone repair experience, and some prior sales and customer service experience.

All Repair Technician hires undergo an assessment period of 2-3 months to ensure the position is the right fit before full time employment is extended. During the assessment period you will need to demonstrate the ability to learn and execute repair jobs, thrive in a fast paced environment, manage work flow and maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

Diagnose common cell phone repair device hardware and software issues

Provide repair consultation to customers

Continue to learn and update repair knowledge for new devices and phone models

Prioritize work flow and manage time for repair projects

Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment

Manage parts inventory, order parts and update repair work system

Provide excellent customer service

Communicate technical information in simple terms to customers

Work on the sales floor if needed
