The Cove in Worcester, MA is a new 173-unit luxury apartment community in the heart of the Canal District, directly adjacent to Polar Park. Named in tribute to the former Cove Music Hall—once Sir Morgan’s Cove—where the Rolling Stones gave a surprise performance in 1981, the building blends modern living with historic character. Residents enjoy a third-floor amenity terrace overlooking Polar Park, complete with fire pits, outdoor dining, passive recreation space, and a dedicated dog run.

MDLA had the privilege of providing design services for Irving Park, one of Watertown's inaugural CPA-funded projects. Located off Arsenal Street, between Irving and Royal Streets, Irving Park has long been a cherished neighborhood asset.

To revitalize the park, we proposed new accessible paths, curbing, benches, perennial plant beds, trees, low-level lighting, and accent fencing. These upgrades have brought new life to this wonderful community space.
