Chicago: The Chicago Department of Planning has approved the $134 million initial phase of Woodlawn Central LLC’s planned mixed-use development at 6320 S. Dorchester Avenue in the Woodlawn neighborhood. The first phase will include two 14-story buildings featuring 104 mixed-income residential units, a 160-room hotel, commercial space, 300 parking spaces, and 131 bicycle parking spaces.
