Sometimes summer messes with me.
Eeek — I know. It feels bad to even say that out loud.
I do love it. But I also miss the school-year structure. And my kids suffocate me a little 😬.
I'm offering this Moms Summer Reset because... I need it. And I figured I'm probably not the only one.

2. A mid-summer reset for moms navigating the joys, challenges, and chaos of summer parenting.
No yoga experience required. Just an opportunity to slow down, restore, reconnect with yourself...and find support in a community of moms who truly get it.

Heading into recital weekend, I asked June how she was feeling about her performance.
She said to me: “Mom, what if I don’t stick the cartwheel?”
Nine months ago when she started Acro, she barely knew where to place her hands for a cartwheel.
For June, she can’t always move her body exactly the way she wants.
And she has to work three times as hard on some of those motor skills as the average kid.
But guess what…this girl is a bada$$ and ALWAYS shows up for herself.
She practices, she’s relentless, she takes it upon herself to work on whatever she learns in class. I may be biased, but I’ve never seen anyone with as much heart and innate perseverance as this 7yo kid.
Was her cartwheel a perfect 10? Nope.
But did she “stick it” anyway?! Hell yah. And I couldn’t be more proud 🩷🩷🩷
