Suffolk’s Estero team was proud to celebrate the topping out of Moorings Park Building C, a major milestone for the newest addition to the Moorings Park Grande Lake Campus.

The new 8-story, 13-unit luxury condominium building will span 71,000 square feet and marks the 15th building Suffolk has delivered on this campus. We’re honored to continue our partnership with Moorings Park Communities and London Bay as we help bring their vision to life.

The topping out celebration brought together approximately 150–175 trade partners whose hard work and collaboration continue to drive this project forward. We’re excited to see the progress continue in the months ahead!
