I put this building in AutoCAD for an ongoing renovation of an old school that I created designs for new apartments. I just used AI to colorize and add trees. I like the results!!

It’s a special privilege to watch your sons and their friends grow up together from elementary school on to adulthood.

It’s an extra blessing when one of those friends, Tim Marion, grows up to start his own construction business and hired me as his architectural designer on 17 different projects, most of which were in the neighborhood we all lived in.

Then it becomes extra hard to watch Tim bravely fight a cancer diagnosis that we had all hoped he would beat. Tim was a very reputable builder who took pride in doing the job right! He had the personality that always made working together easy and fun. I will always be thankful for those times.

We left our last meeting with bags of fruit that the homeowner picked for us from her garden. You never know when the last project is the last project but we can be thankful when we know we gave each project our all.

RIP Tim. . 💔😢
