I have built Endless Flair Events on the belief that design is not just about how something looks, it’s about how it makes people feel, what it communicates, and how it shapes experience.

My journey, from rejection to building a nationally recognized design firm, has been shaped by resilience, faith, and now embracing how I am wired differently.

In this talk, I will share my experience as a neurodivergent entrepreneur with ADHD, and how what once felt like a limitation became a powerful advantage in my creativity, leadership, and ability to see what others miss.

This is more than a milestone, it’s a reflection of purpose, perspective, and the power of owning MY story. This is the year of becoming and unmasking perfectionis, because God doesn’t make mistakes.
