Meet Renay Drenchen! Renay joined the Rhapsody team nearly three years ago as a Payroll Manager and has since been promoted to Global Payroll & Benefits Manager.
 
💡What initially attracted you to Rhapsody?
I was drawn to the industry, the company’s growth potential, the flexible time off, and the great benefits.
 
🚀What keeps you productive and inspires you?
I enjoy that I’m always learning something new in my role—it keeps things exciting and engaging.
 
🛶What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working? Hobbies/Special interests?
I love being outdoors and spending time on, in, or near the water. Some of my favorite activities include kayaking, hiking, biking, and motorsports. I’m also passionate about music and make it a point to attend at least one outdoor concert a year—last year, I went to three!
 
✨Have you had any fun or memorable moments with your coworkers?
Michelle Blackmer, Kevin Day, and I are all from the same town, Ypsilanti, MI. We even graduated high school the same year—though from three different high schools!
