Not everything will go as planned.....Not long before we closed on our Jamaica Plain property, a pipe burst and caused a massive flood. The result? Lots of damage to the kitchen and bathroom in all three units! Before the incident, the property was in good shape and didn’t require too much rehab. But after, the previous owners had to demo large sections of the property. Now it’s our job to fill in the gaps!
