One of our keynote speakers is Daniel Yang. Here's a bit about him: Daniel is the Director of the Church Multiplication Institute, leading and overseeing all of its initiatives. Prior to directing the institute, he planted a church in Toronto where he also helped recruit, assess, and train church planters through the Send Network and the Release Initiative. Daniel has served on various church staffs including Northwood Church, led by Bob Roberts Jr., where he was trained as a church planter and involved in global and multi-faith engagement.
Prior to church planting, Daniel was an engineer for eight years. He earned an M.Div. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is also the co-author of Inalienable: How Marginalized Kingdom Voices Can Help Save the American Church (InterVarsity, May 2022).
Daniel and his wife, Linda, have five children and live in Chicagoland where they are helping to mentor leaders from The Prodigal Network.

We want to mobilize the people of God to participate in the everyday mission of God. This means creating and sustaining missional expressions of the church built around the spaces/places we live, work, study, and play. Whether pioneering new networks or re-missioning established congregations, we want to see the church be a sign, instrument and foretaste of the coming kingdom by engaging communities, neighborhoods, apartments, campuses, workspaces, and third places.
Join us for two days as we explore what it looks like to embody this! Whether you are new to the conversation and curious to discover more or a practitioner wanting to dive deep, there is a place for you!
