he Chefs' Table Series TV show provides local access stations an opportunity to present a high-quality production. Viewers will learn different cooking methods: sautéing, braising, frying, grilling, and roasting to name a few. The Chefs’ Table Series will present the art of cooking a broad range of cuisines by qualified professionals and experts. The show is filmed at the kitchen studio of Blanchard’s Wines & Spirits, located in West Roxbury. This one-hour show will feature the following segments:
Executive Chef/Owner Steve LaCount of Chiara Bistro in Westwood, MA hosts "The Chef's Tip of the Week" discussing the best use of herbs, sauces, cooking techniques, etc. Chef LaCount has won several awards from the Epicurean Club of Boston. Cooking Demonstration: Joe Murphy of The Chefs’ Table Series, co-host and trained chef, cooks along with the restaurant chef of the week, who prepares and cooks the meal along with Joe in an instructional and “how-to” way for viewers to follow. Wine Pairing: pairing of wine performed by a wine educator Bill Caruso of Blanchard’s Wines & Spirits. Healthy Cooking Tip of the Week: culinary demo specialist from Whole Foods Market Dedham discusses how to quickly make a healthy meal in less than 5 minutes. Restaurant Review: co-host of The Chefs’ Table Series Carol O’Connor interviews chef/owner/manager of the featured restaurant; segment features interesting tidbits about the chef and restaurant.
