Berkshire Bank applauds The Mayor of the City of Boston, Kim Janey, on the recent promotion of inclusion of LQBTQ+ owned businesses in the city's supplier diversity program. Boston is the first city in Massachusetts to recognize LGBTQ+ businesses in minority-owned and women-owned programs. Berkshire Bank VP, Ron Molina-Brantley was in attendance at the signing. Molina-Brantley is also a member of the board at the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
"Diversity is what helps businesses and communities thrive. This is the heart of what Berkshire's Community Comeback is about. When we have more options, more voices, and more ideas, there are more opportunities for business to excel and bring our communities along.” Stated Molina-Brantley.
