First cold bath was awesome! Gunna need a lot more ice… Will just keep going up in bags each time until we find the right combo. Did get the water temp down to 68 degrees. Long way to go but still pretty cold on a 100 degree day! Was able to do 15 minutes at this temp. Excited to see how that changes as the temps go down!
