I’ve got some lower body mobility work for you all to try!👆🏼

This is lil number is great for either:
1️⃣ Pre-workout warm up for hips and hamstrings
2️⃣ Post-workout ‘cool down’ to reduce lactic acid build up after an intense workout

Things to remember:
▫️ GO SLOW - Don’t rush your way through. This ensures you isolate the stretch in each movement
▫️Start with small lunges and go deeper as you feel your body open up with each round
▫️Move through 5-7x on each side
