We had the privilege this year to serve on a few panels, including and !

We love sharing our knowledge about the journey of becoming and being entrepreneur. It is easily one of the toughest roads one can take but as long as you believe in yourself enough and do your best to keep pushing one day at a time, it is a challenging but rewarding opportunity of growth. You really get to test who you are as a human being.

While the journey will forever continue, we thank the people who believe in the visions and mission of this brand wholeheartedly.

During Black History Month (BHM), we partnered with for this amazing FITNESS CHALLENGE 💪🏾

This year’s theme for BHM was health & wellness 👏🏾 Wellness with Cheech’s mission is to empower people, especially women of color, to reclaim control of their health & wellbeing. In February, we partnered with her to really drive this message home!

We not only hosted a 2-Week Fitness Challenge (with the goal of daily movement) but we also shared many informative messages to the contestants!

Here is my personal favorite message shared:

“In 1837, James McCune Smith, MD became the first Black American to practice in the United States with a medical degree.

In 1864, Rebecca Lee Crumpler, MD became the first Black woman physician in the United States.

TO THIS DAY, we are still celebrating firsts when it comes to black people in medicine— Just 3 years ago, Dr. Patrice Harris was sworn in as the first Black woman president of the American Medical Association.

While the percentage of Black medical professional representation may be low, it is still up to you to reclaim your dignity by finding a trusted doctor/provider that will allow you to take full control over your health!

The choice is yours!! We hope you make the right one! 💛”
