The work isn’t the problem. The weight is.
I became a Fractional Executive Assistant because I’ve seen what happens when capable leaders carry too much in their heads.
Throughout my career, first in the corporate world, and now in my own business, I’ve noticed the same pattern:
Too many meetings.
Too many threads across email, Slack, and text.
Too many decisions that shouldn’t require the CEO’s attention.
Here’s the problem I’m most passionate about solving:
Leaders with big responsibilities don’t need to push harder. They need structure, clear lanes, and someone they trust to keep the details clean.
That’s what I do.
I bring calm order to the chaos through calendar strategy, communication triage, travel and logistics, board preparation, and consistent follow-through. I use sound judgment to keep things moving without adding to the noise.
And the impact is tangible. When the operational load is handled well, clients tell me they:
• think more clearly
• make better decisions
• feel calmer at home, not just at work
• stop reacting all day
• get time back for the work only they can do
That’s my why: helping leaders feel supported enough to lead well without burning out.
What would having this kind of support change for you? I’d love to hear. Comment below or send me a message.

Do you ever feel like you're doing a hundred small things… and still ending the day unsure what actually moved forward? You're not alone.
When leaders feel overwhelmed, it's often a mix of not enough time and too many moving parts that causes things to slip through the cracks.
Here's how I help clients reset:
𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗽: We capture everything on their plate in one place.
𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲: We identify the 3 outcomes that matter most this week.
𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: I track and drive next steps so nothing stalls or gets missed.
𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆: I build templates and systems for anything that repeats (follow-ups, scheduling, travel logistics).
Example: One client came to me feeling constantly behind, as important follow-ups were scattered across email threads, notes, and “I’ll do it later” reminders. We consolidated everything into a single list, clarified the week's top priorities, and I took over tracking next steps. Within a couple of weeks, they were feeling on top of things, deadlines stopped sneaking up, and they told me it felt like they could finally “breathe” again.
The goal is steady momentum without everything living in your head.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄: keeping track of it all, knowing what to prioritize, or finding time to follow through?

When I started building my business, I didn't have all the answers.
My personal motto became:
"You've got this. Now figure it out and get it done."
There wasn't always someone to call. No step-by-step. Just forward motion.
That's why I believe in sharing the real story, not just the wins, but the figuring-it-out moments too.
Because someone else might be in that exact place right now, and your story could be the one that helps them keep going.
What's one "figure it out" moment that shaped you?
Drop it in the comments; your story might be exactly what someone needs to hear today.
