As I reflect on the month of March, I can only say some months don’t just pass… they transform you & March 2026 was one of them.

I spoke at my first conference ever! I stepped out of my comfort zone and into conversations that matter.
Speaking up wasn’t easy but change doesn’t happen in silence. I spoke on something bigger than me—
what masculinity looks like in the Cape Verdean community, and how we can reshape it.
