🎙️ NEW EPISODE IS LIVE 🎙️

In this episode of The Food Allergy Brain, I sat down with Lex Decker, the creator behind , who has been living with celiac disease for 17 years and has built one of the most beloved gluten free communities on the internet.

Lex opens up about being diagnosed at just 10 years old, what it was really like growing up before gluten free options existed, and the fear that never fully goes away when you’re dining out with a condition where one mistake can take you out for weeks.

Lex also shares her eating disorder journey and the role celiac played in it. It is a raw, honest, and really important conversation that I think so many of you are going to connect with.
