My client is an author, but she specifically didn’t want a book-themed celebration for her 50th birthday brunch. She did, however, have one request: a magazine-inspired photo box. So, it only felt right to create a custom cover inspired by O, The Oprah Magazine, personalized just for her. A subtle nod to her passion, without making it the entire theme. ✨

Instead of a traditional guest book, Stacey wanted a keepsake she could enjoy every day. Guests signed the mat surrounding her photo, leaving heartfelt birthday wishes and sweet messages that she’ll be able to read and cherish for years to come. A beautiful reminder of the people who celebrated this milestone with her. 🍋💛

Vibrant florals and fresh citrus lemons were thoughtfully woven throughout the design, bringing the celebration to life with layers of color, texture, and sophisticated charm. 🍋

Of course, we had to incorporate custom-branded pillows, layered with coordinating throw pillows, to add comfort, texture, and a seamless finishing touch to the overall design. 💙

I spray painted cassette tapes and added acrylic flavor labels from .design to create custom treat signage. Because around here, even the labels are part of the design story.
