Thanks to everyone that played and hustled this month to help get us to $500 in donations to BAGLY and OUT MetroWest 🥳

In addition to Lab donations, all participants made a minimum $10 donation to a nonprofit of their choice, extending our reach.

Come work your barbell squats for 10 weeks, with a pull up side quest. Technique + homework + gains… show it all off to your fam, friends, and gym mates in a showcase at the end of the series 💪

While this is beginner friendly, to put that bar on your shoulders you need a heavy/deep goblet squat and no active lower body injuries. DM us to see if you’d be a good fit!
