I have recently been making updates to fl**ge fittings based on moms adventures through weeks of body changes that affected physical response to the fl**ges we start with. Don't be shy to speak up! I will help you find a way to get ongoing help, no matter your resources! I'm seeing that moms are sizing down for comfort and output after 2-3 weeks and beyond.

I want you to know, you are going on an adventure. By definition, an adventure is something outside of your comfort zone, a little risky, a lot of humility, and leads to intense personal growth and resiliency. It is normal for anyone to be scared- but when you feel scared, acknowledge it and be proud. Proud to grow into the adult that watches over and looks out for the next generation. Let go of perfection and embrace mistakes. Enjoy learning, and self love. When your baby sees that you do this, it will be so much easier for them to do!
