We're happy to announce two new E-Board Members joining Emerson PRSSA for the Spring 2023 semester!

Jasmine Jiang (she/her) is an international graduate student majoring in PR. After working as a journalist and editor for five years in China, she is trying to make a career transition to PR. In the fall semester of 2022, when she heard about PRSSA on campus, Jasmine joined the organization without hesitation. Now she feels lucky to have made this decision. For her, Emerson PRSSA has not only provided opportunities to learn more about professional development but also helped her integrate into the new culture and language environment faster. Off-campus, Jasmine is a crazy fan of cooking and classical music. She also enjoys participating in various public activities to learn about the city of Boston.

Ashley Osmecki (she/her) is a senior PR major with interest in working in sports and entertainment. She joined PRSSA to be better connected with her classmates and colleagues in a concentrated PR environment. Ashley values working with people toward common goals and making connections. She has experience working on the Evvy’s and was the lead producer of The Rosarito Film Festival in 2022. Ashley also helps lead Common Collective, a content-creating and brand-building student organization.

Having a digital portfolio is a must for all PR and Communications professionals.

Claire has worked in PR for more than 7 years. She is currently an Account Director at Laura Davidson Public Relations in NYC, which specializes in Travel & Tourism PR. LDPR was named by Forbes as one of America's Best PR Agencies 2021 and Great Place to Work in 2022.
