The mission of The Recruitment, Training and Support Center (RTSC), a project of the Federation for Children with Special Needs, is to ensure that every child in state custody receives the educational supports they need to succeed. Office Hours for Support are every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Come with your questions and get individual support for SESPs with active cases. A support specialist will call you at the time you select and at the number you provide. Please have all case information/documents/notes handy. When you select the time, a box will open up for you to list specific questions or share any other information (without specifying the student name or district - we look that up).
