Project Coordinator needed ASAP. This is Temp-to Hire opportunity. Duties:
Working with project manager to ensure project delivery, administering project
setup in financial system, distributing project details, documenting actions in
project, researching, compiling, processing project data, using financial system
to monitor budget, organizing, administering and maintaining electronic and hard
copy filing systems, preparing project invoices, assisting with project closeout
documentation. Must have strong computer skills, Word/Excel, strong attention
to detail, strong csr skills, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle
multiple projects, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
skills, and strong analytical skills. Education: High School Graduate.
Experience: 1-3 years administrative work. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. Pay: $25 per

residential cleaning. Experience is helpful but we are willing to train.
