Construction is underway on this 71,439-square-foot, five-building development that will deliver 399 units designed to serve a variety of commercial and storage needs. The project will feature a combination of self storage, contractor space, and storage condominiums, creating a flexible solution for this growing market.

Building through a Wyoming winter in a ski resort community, while navigating below-grade retaining walls, presented unique challenges from the start. Through a comprehensive redesign, Forge's engineering team eliminated more than $500,000 in excess steel, creating significant value for the project without compromising structural integrity or performance.

Forging ahead in Las Vegas, Nevada, on this 121,338-square-foot self storage facility.
Once complete, the facility will feature about 900 units across a diverse mix of building types, including two single-story, non-climate-controlled buildings with standing-seam roofs, a drill pier canopy with a screw-down roof, and a two-story, climate-controlled building with a TPO roof.
