Second Chance Building Materials Center is a project of Supportive Housing and Innovative Partnerships, a local non-profit that works to prevent drug abuse in our community, rebuilds the lives of people in recovery from substance abuse by providing supportive housing, recovery support services, employment training programs and green job opportunities. All revenue generated from Second Chance stays in the community to help persons in recovery rebuild their lives.

Here at second chance we have six Chamberlain 3/4 horsepower, smart compatible belt drive garage door openers. They are Wi-Fi compatible with backup LED light and cameras. Smartphone control, ultra quiet operation. 5 year manufacturers warranty. We are sitting at $125 a piece which is just under half of retail. All of these are brand new.
