Hear me out—

A lot of young competitors struggle with the want of a certain division vs what their bodies/genetics are “destined for”. Sure, you can build into any division, but what happens when you follow your structure and level of muscularity instead of forcing a look that isn’t there (at least not yet)?

Beautiful things happen— growth, confidence, a solidified sense of direction, and with that the body and mind respond accordingly.

Victoria came to me mid wellness prep at the end of 2024. It wasn’t the best planned prep and resulted in us making the decision to pull out of it and reboot things! We focused on bringing up her intake and at the time I wanted her to grow more before stepping on a wellness stage.

After she went back and forth for a while, fast forward and we officially made the call to switch to bikini. As you can see from the pictures with confidence in the switch, lots of mindset growth, fat loss and reverse phases, posing work with and proper training by , Victoria fits BEAUTIFULLY into the bikini division. Her progress moved QUICK from here.

We are now well into our final reverse and when the time is right she will be starting her first bikini prep!

Seeing her grow into the confidence she has now as a competitor, but more so as a woman, has been a blessing to be a small part of. That’s on alignment 💅

I really resonate with this one— at this point in our lives we all likely have a sad story to tell. Loss leads to expansion. Rejection leads to a deeper identity. This message isn’t about whatever happened or whether or not you are a believer in the Word, but rather how WE choose to rise up despite our circumstances. How WE are fortified through what could’ve broken us. And how we NFGU🐺
