What a night for Roundhouse at the Idaho Apartment Association Awards!

Broadstone Saratoga took home Best Model Unit, Brittany Hart was named Regional Manager of the Year (and recently promoted to Director of Property Operations!), and we celebrated Jodi Rossi stepping into her role on the IAA Board of Directors.

Last week, our Operations team had the opportunity to attend YASC in San Diego. From exploring new ways to elevate our technology and operations, to strengthening bonds as a team, the experience was invaluable. These insights allow us to focus more on what matters most - delivering exceptional resident experiences and putting humanity into housing.

We’re excited to welcome Dan DeMitro as the first-ever President of Roundhouse Communities!

Dan is an industry leader with more than 25 years in multifamily operations, having worked with some of the most respected names in the business — including The Irvine Company, Carmel Partners, and Holland Partner Group. At Holland, he oversaw more than 20,000 units across major markets like Seattle, Denver, and Los Angeles.

At Roundhouse, Dan will guide property operations across our growing portfolio of 10,000+ units in the Western U.S., helping us deliver exceptional living experiences for residents and great outcomes for our partners.

We’re thrilled to celebrate an incredible 2024 at Roundhouse! Last year, we added 19 communities to our management portfolio, totaling 3,119 additional units. From Idaho to Colorado and beyond, we’ve expanded our mission to put humanity into housing.
