Spectrum Counseling

I employ an eclectic approach to counseling that has Rogerian Theory at the core but also utilizes Choice, C.B.T., Adlerian, Existential, and Gestalt therapies. I tailor my counseling to meet the needs of my client and watching a person increase self awareness and grow and being a part of that experience is very rewarding to me. In my free time I enjoy sports such as basketball, mt. biking, disc golf, and tennis as well as playing drums, poker, chess, and activities with my family.
