**Say Hello to our August Member of the Month, Randy Reynolds!!**

This one has been a long time coming, and it’s a true testament that CrossFit, the Workouts and the Community, is truly for everyone no matter what your Goals are or what your Age is. This is a highlight of our Gym we are proud to Spotlight!

Randy Reynolds is originally from Indianapolis, IN and is a 77-year old Retiree. He was previously an Electrical Engineer, Commercial Pilot, and Musician.

Randy has been extremely consistent and committed. His favorite class time is 9:30 AM and his favorite movement is anything on the Bar, especially since he has gotten Kipping down. Randy feels like he is getting stronger everyday, and he’s excited that his Balance has improved tremendously with the help of movements like Box Step-Ups.

Randy’s favorite part about CFC is “working out with the other members, including my son…and all of the fabulous Coaches who always make the perfect modifications for me”.

In his off time, Randy’s hobbies include playing the Bassoon, riding his motorcycle & bicycle. Balance and Power from CrossFit have truly helped. “Biking the Greenbelt is a piece of cake now”, says Randy, “I can really push it”.

Please congratulate Randy the next time you see him!! It is well deserved!!
