✨April Flexibility Focus: BACKBENDS✨
This month we’ll be working on building stronger, more supported backbends!
Focusing on:
• thoracic spine mobility
• shoulder & chest opening
• glute and core engagement
• controlled spinal articulation
This class is designed to help you move better in the air and on the ground—creating deeper backbends with stability, control, and proper distribution (not just dumping into your low back).
🗓️ Sundays at 11am & Wednesdays at 5:30pm
✨Intro to Dance Technique✨
Build a strong foundation while exploring movement, musicality, and confidence—no matter your dance background. This adult-only dance class breaks down technique in a supportive, no-pressure space, with dance genres changing monthly to keep things fresh and fun.
This month:
🔥 Mondays at 6:30 PM — Jazz Funk / Hip Hop
🩰 Wednesdays at 6:30 PM — Ballet
