One of my New Year’s resolutions was to start reading more. The first two books I chose were The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and Fire & Blood by George R.R. Martin. I bought a duplex a year ago and wanted to learn more about investing and how to start growing that side of my business. The Millionaire Real Estate Investor had a lot of good mindset tips and case studies. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about buying rentals and building a passive income stream through real estate.

Being a Game of Thrones fan, and after finishing the first season of House of the Dragon, I had to read Fire & Blood. The writing is amazing and it’s definitely a hard book to put down if you don’t mind the spoilers.
