FOSTER/FOSTER TO ADOPT NEEDED ASAP

Slate is an adorable Husky who is ready to be your chill adventure buddy! He loves splashing in kiddie pools, and well any pool, enjoys playtime, and is also content relaxing inside while you work.

❤️‍🩹Due to the abuse/trauma that Slate has suffered in the past, this sweet boy needs to be handled gently and initially he would do best as a solo doggo, at least until he is settled.
It does take some time and space for him to know that he is safe, and he can trust new people. Once you earn his trust, he will show his incredibly loyal side.

Slate's ideal home:
🤍 no small animals due to husky prey drive
🤍 A patient environment where he can settle in at his own pace

Slate’s current foster mama must step down due to frequent work travel, so we are looking for a safe and loving space for Slate to land.

🐾If possible, we’d love for Slate to remain in Salt Lake County, UT or nearby, as that is where his current and prior fosters are located for ongoing support
