✓ Deep clean and declutter as much as possible⁣

✓ Minimize personal items and family photos⁣

✓ Less is more: Help your buyers picture this as their home⁣
⁣
✓ Put out snacks and drinks for the guests⁣

✓ Put out marketing material like flyers and disclosures⁣

Upgrades look nice but prioritize repairs first. The roof, HVAC, electric, and plumbing should be in good condition.⁣

Number two: Professional photography is a must.⁣
⁣
Don't let anyone convince you that photos taken on your phone will do the trick, the photos marketing your home are the first impression buyers have of your home. ⁣
