I know the video makes it look quick, but these home inspections are long, detailed, and 100% necessary! This is our time to get another pair of eyes on the house and to make sure smaller items are taken care of before they become bigger items.
We take pride in the maintenance of our homes, and our goal is to ensure that they are always in a for sale status, meaning that there should not be paint chips on the walls, loose door k***s, kitchen cabinets, or weeds.

This property has been a short term rental for TWO years and this is 2/3rds of the garbage we took out of the home. These are comforter bags and XL sacks for reference.
Property Managers are meant to be the boots on the ground for the property, ensuring they are in tiptop shape for the next guest. This home had been poorly managed, which was reflected in the reviews and condition of the home.
After a little bit of Your Stay TLC, we now feel comfortable hosting guests at this new and improved short term rental🏡
Below is just some of the things we found/did at the home:
-dead batteries in 5 drawers
-stained sheets
-sheets that don’t match any of the bed sizes
-food that expired in 2022
-clothing from past guests
-bleach stained towels
-empty spices
-comforters with no matching pillowcases
-moldy shower curtain liners
-saw
-broken vacuum
-1/2 deck of cards
-5 door stops missing
-6 broken blinds
-mail from 2023
-dryer vent FULL of debris
-2 burnt out light bulbs
-1 dirty air filter
