Currently in most of our yards we have "weeds" growing. Most of these are so important for our pollinators. Did you know they can also be important to you as well? 💕🥰
Carolina geranium is used medicinally for its natural astringent, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial purposes. I personally make a salve with this! Toss it in my hiking back pack for on the go healing!🍃🌿
Purple Dead Nettle with Quercetin also encourages histamine release which helps with seasonal allergies. This paired with the anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting properties of the plant make it especially helpful during the beginning of spring with heavy pollen around us. I make a tincture with this and keep it handy🍃🌿
Henbit, makes a great tea sweetened with your favorite honey. Helps with chronic pain and soreness. It also is fantastic with breaking fevers. Another plus if your allergies get the best of you🍃🌿
Most of the things we suffer from seasonally have simple solutions. The medicine and symptom cures are usually right under our feet. If we just look and are curious enough to solve our ailments✌️🥰💕🌿🍃
