I'm excited to share our latest GCO FutureCast (see Youtube Video on Linktree in BIO), which features a RECAP of the IDEAS I shared at The Opal Group’s Real Estate Investment Summit held in April at the Hilton Hotel in West Palm Beach. The event attracted approximately 380 attendees from various industries.

I participated in a Panel Discussion titled "The Future of Hotels and Hospitality Investments," moderated by the venerable James Rosebush—who previously served as the Deputy Assistant to President Ronald Reagan and Chief of Staff to First Lady Nancy Reagan—and included Ray Gu (of the Iconic Waldorf Astoria New York Redevelopment), Russell Deakin, and Thomas Huag.
