Saturday I got to sit in on a working session of the Women in Executive Leadership Program at Florida Atlantic University, where I have the honor to be part of the mentoring team for the third year.

Hats off to Paige Pavlik for building a strong program equipped with leadership learnings for these executives.

The day was packed with engaging and interactive exercises as the women worked through and applied what they were learning - productive and useful skills that undoubtably will up level their careers.
