Happiest of birthdays to my Glorious Bride, Mary Kat Ehrenzeller 🎉 (it was actually July 24th but we’ve been celebrating a lot 🙌🏽)

It’s so easy to love and celebrate her for who she is. I’ve watched countless times the way she makes others feel special and seen by God. She lifts people up when they’re feeling low and makes every effort to speak the Word of God over them, reminding them of who they are in His sight.

I remember first meeting her at a wedding, enamored that such depth and strength could reside in such a beautiful young lady. And when I heard her sing for the first time, the sound of her voice pierced my heart. I actually bought the worship CD she was featured on — it stayed in my car’s CD player for an entire year.

If you have the privilege of knowing her, you can’t help but love her. She is an experience. The freedom, the joy, the fierce love of God that watches over and protects is so evident in her life. I am blessed beyond measure to journey through this life with her, to call her my wife, and to see her same spirit in each of our three children. The way she decorates our home and creates a space for God to come and dwell is unmistakably Jesus Christ.
